Made fresh with love:
Red Barn Bakery & More
Red Barn Bakery & More crafts delicious desserts for our wonderful community. Owner-operator Jaime Schmunk has always felt at home in the kitchen. While Jaime trained initially as a teacher, she found that she missed baking and spending time in the kitchen. She also studied nutrition and wellness while working in the Nutrition Center of Sandpoint Superdrug. Her experience taught her the importance of cooking from scratch utilizing fresh, organic, farm-grown, locally sourced ingredients. She decided opening a bakery was the path she wanted to pursue.
