What Happened at Bundy Ranch - Todd Engel Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 12:30 PM, Sandpoint VFW Hall |
Todd Engel served more than four years in federal custody for his alleged participation in a 2014 armed standoff against federal agents near states’ rights figure Cliven Bundy’s Nevada ranch. The standoff came to a tense end in April 2014 with Bundy backers, including Engel, positioned on a high Interstate 15 overpass with military-style assault rifles looking down on a group of heavily armed land management agents and contract cowboys facing a crowd of men, women and children in a dry riverbed below. Todd Engel brings a unique perspective and firsthand insights into one of the most pivotal moments in recent American history regarding his imprisonment and the events at Bundy Ranch. Bonner County Republican Women, Inc Monthly Meeting: The BCRWI, a vibrant assembly that convenes every 2nd Tuesday of the month at the Sandpoint BFV, welcomes both members and guests, to foster a collaborative environment where both men and women actively participate in political discussions. |
