EDUCATE AND ADVOCATE
BCRWI 2026 Woman of Courage Luncheon May 16th
Honoring Renata S. Moon, MD
Dr. Renata S. Moon is a board-certified pediatrician in General Pediatrics (since 1996) and Pediatric Hospital Medicine (since 2019), with more than 25 years of active clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has served as a Clinical Associate Professor, teaching medical students and residents at multiple institutions. Dr. Moon has also contributed to medical school admissions and curriculum development while advocating strongly for evidence-based pediatric care and informed consent. She remains active as a speaker, expert witness, and clinician advocate.
Dr. Moon will share her story of persecution by Washington State University and the Washington Medical Commission. On September 24, 2024, the Silent Majority Foundation filed a federal lawsuit on her behalf against Washington State University (WSU) for violating her First Amendment rights. After she testified at Senator Ron Johnson’s roundtable event on COVID-19 mRNA vaccines for children on December 7, 2022, the medical school investigated her for allegedly spreading “misinformation” and “disinformation” and did not renew her contract. WSU also reported her to the Washington Medical Commission, which opened a separate investigation.
The event will be at the Elks Club in Ponderay, May 16th. Tickets are $40 per person.
