Norm Semanko - What's New in Water Adjudication

Norm Semanko is a water rights attorney with Moffat Thomas of Boise. He also served as the Executive Director of the Idaho Water Users Association. Norm gave the audience an update on the adjudication process currently in the Coeur d'Alene/Spokane Valley.
